Description: This session is ideal for new Program Administrators to learn concepts for running the credit card program for your organization. It explains terms such as managing account and processing hierarchy. It discusses how you will work with cardholders, approvers and auditors. It also suggests ways that the Access Online system can help you control and audit your program. This session explains WHAT to do as a program administrator and points you to resources and additional training on HOW to do these tasks.

Description: This session is for new Program Administrators to learn a high-level overview of how to use Access Online for your card program management. We will explain how to set up user profiles and card accounts. We will demonstrate where to view statements and transactions. We will also point out the three most popular reports and where to find training.

Description: View the screens and learn the steps it takes to setup and maintain card accounts in Access Online. You will learn how to set and edit spending limits and merchant authorization controls.

Description: View the screens and learn the steps it takes to setup and maintain user profiles in Access Online. This session will prepare you to manage the Access Online users in your card program.

Description: This course shows how you can look up transaction declines. It covers the most common types of declines and what Program Administrators and A/OPCs can do in order to have the transaction authorized (go through).

Description: This course explains transaction management in Access Online. Cardholders may have varying degrees of transaction management and approval activities based on your organization's processes. In addition, your organization may also have approvers work with transactions. As a Program Administrator, you may want to look up transactions for a specific cardholder account. You also may need to complete setup for an approval workflow or accounting code allocation. If you have an approval workflow, you will want to understand reports available for monitoring progress.

Description: This session provides an overview of reporting in Access Online. Gain insight into the basics of running standard reports, scheduling reports, and retrieving scheduled reports using Data Exchange.

Description: In this session, you will learn about the CAL-Card program and the features available for you to use. We will explain new system enhancements and how you can use them to enhance your card program. We will inform you about current fraud trends as well as things you can do to help mitigate fraud and misuse. In addition, we will explain consulting services available for optimizing your program.
