In this video, we�ll review the process to install and register for the mobile app. Provisioners may use the mobile app to create, monitor or deactivate virtual cards, and cardholders use the mobile app to access their card information.

If you are a provisioner, when the company administrator or the bank adds you as a user, you will receive an email to register for the mobile app. The link in the email will route you to the app store for download.

Likewise, if a card is created for you, you will be notified by email to register for the mobile app. The link in the email will route you to the app store to download the app. Registration is a one-time process � you will use the same login details for any subsequent cards created for you.

After you install the app and open it, you will see the prompt to register. Enter your email address and tap Continue.

Then read the terms and conditions and tap Accept.

The app sends a one-time passcode to your email. Enter the code and tap Continue.

Next you need to select a password. The password criteria display. Enter and confirm your password and then tap Save.

You are then brought to the login page. Enter your email address and the password you just created and then tap Login. If desired, you can enable Face ID or Touch ID by selecting the checkbox before tapping on Login.

You have successfully registered for the mobile app and signed in. If you would like to adjust your Face or Touch ID preference, tap the Profile icon at the top right

and use the Use Face ID or Use Touch ID toggle to enable or disable this option.
