You may be able to request a card, if enabled by your organization.

Tap the Request card here icon on your list of cards.

My Cards view.

Specify card details, select who to send your request to, and add notes.

Request a new card.

Tap Submit request.

Request a new card showing information complete.

Wait for the confirmation message.

My Cards with confirmation message.
