    • This 8:35 minute video provides an overview of how the Instant Card works and how the process flows for your card program.

    • This 2:27 minute video shows Company Administrators, Provisioners and Approvers how to register for the Expense Wizard web tool. Company Administrators use this tool to manage user profiles and settings. Provisioners use it to create and maintain instant cards. Approvers use it to approve card setup. The approver functionality is optional. The link to the web portal is https://expensewizard.usbank.com.

    • This 1:48 minute video explains how cardholders and provisioners can register for the Instant Card mobile app. Search on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for U.S. Bank Instant Card.

    • This 6:08 minute video shows Company Administrators how to use the web tool to create and maintain user profiles and manage company settings.

    • This 11:13 minute video shows how to create and run a transaction report in Access Online, which is the back-end system for Instant Card information. Program Administrators can create a custom report to access current or historical transaction information for your Instant Card program.

    • This 1:49 minute video shows you how to view and download your managing account statement for billing purposes from Access Online. You have two managing accounts for this card program. You can type a % in the Managing Account Name field to search for your managing accounts. For statements, select the account with SUA (Single Use Account) in the managing account name.

    • The credit limit and available credit on your managing account determine the amount that your organization has available for issuance of cards. If you have a prefunded account, you can make a payment in order to increase the available amount for card issuance. Use the Managing Account Profile Quick Reference for steps on how to look up the information in Access Online. Call your Account Coordinator for assistance if needed.

    • This 5:14 minute video shows approvers how to use the web tool to approve card setup. The card approval process is optional for the Instant Card program.
